With the attendance of more than 1,200 students from different faculties of the UANL, the first Professional Summit organized jointly by the CAINTRA Interns area in collaboration with the Faculty of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of the UANL was successfully held on October 22.

The objective of the event was to provide students with useful information to enhance their skills and knowledge to support them in their integration into the professional environment and is part of a series of initiatives designed by the CAINTRA Interns area to strengthen the connection between students, universities and companies.

In addition to preparing young people to face the challenges of the market, the event establishes an ecosystem of collaboration between academia, industry and young talent, thus facilitating the exchange of knowledge and opportunities.

During the event, young attendees participated in lectures and panels aimed at preparing them for the current challenges of the professional environment, including content related to building a solid Personal Brand that helps in the formation of a networking network, as well as the strategic use of LinkedIn to optimize a profile on the platform and connect more efficiently with professionals in the sector.

In addition, a group of students who have managed to stand out by completing their professional internships in important CAINTRA partner companies provided their fellow students with testimonials and advice on how to make the most of their first foray into the professional world in the panel: Internship Experience.

Nancy Sanchez, Vice President of CAINTRA, gave a motivational talk to the young people as she recounted her journey from intern to Senior Vice President Americas of the LEGO Group, emphasizing how internships can be a springboard to success when used properly.

The event was attended by executives from FIME and CAINTRA, who highlighted the importance of carrying out this type of activities that promote innovation and the growth of young talent.

In this way, CAINTRA Practicantes reaffirms its commitment to promote the development of young students in Nuevo León and Mexico.
