Purpose of the position:
We are looking for a Service and Improvement Coordinator focused on optimizing the customer experience, identifying improvement opportunities in our processes and designing user-centered solutions. Position functions:
- Understand the needs, expectations and pain points of customers in their interaction with our service.
- Map the customer journey and identify opportunities to improve the service experience.
- Design flows and prototypes that facilitate customer service and resolution of customer needs.
- Collaborate with customer service, product and development teams to implement user-centric solutions.
- Analyze customer experience metrics (satisfaction, NPS, service times, abandonment) and propose improvement actions.
- Participate in initiatives that strengthen the service culture and the integral customer experience.
EXPERIENCE:
- 1-3 years in service experience design and improvement, digital projects, talent programs or internal service.
STUDY AREA:
- Completed Bachelor's degree: Completed Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Education or related career.
SKILLS:
- Customer focus and experience design.

Purpose of the position:
Impulsar y coordinar actividades de vinculación empresarial que conecten proveedores PyME con empresas tractoras, fomentando relaciones comerciales estratégicas y contribuyendo al desarrollo de cadenas de valor. Diseñar, coordinar y ejecutar estrategias de capacitación y vinculación empresarial, fortaleciendo el desarrollo de las PyMEs a través de contenidos formativos, dinámicas B2B y eventos que impulsen oportunidades comerciales.
Position functions:
- Promover la oferta de servicios de vinculación de negocios.
- Coordinate and execute networking opportunities (business meetings, B2B, webinars) with buyers and suppliers.
- Supporting tractor companies in the identification and screening of local and national suppliers.
- Diseño y actualización de presentaciones y materiales de capacitación para empresas socias.
- Participate in the design of innovative dynamics that increase the value of events.
- Support in building strategic relationships with chambers, clusters and related organizations.
- Prepare executive reports of results and feedback of events.
EXPERIENCE:
- Business linkage and institutional relations.
- Purchasing or supply chain.
- Business development in the industrial sector.
- Organization of corporate or networking events.
- Capacitación, desarrollo empresarial o gestión de proyectos.
- Inglés Avanzado.
STUDY AREA:
- Licenciatura o Ingeniería concluida: Negocios Internacionales, Administración, Ingeniería en procesos de manufactura.
