    Promoting technical education and youth employability in Nuevo Leon's industrial sector

    A corporate social responsibility project

    which brings together companies from the industrial sector with the objective of promoting technical education and strengthening youth employability in the industrial sector of Nuevo León.

    In 2013, in conjunction with Fundación COMUNIDAR, the CAINTRA Philanthropic Fund was created, now Alianza Empresarial por la Educación Técnica en Nuevo León, designed as a strategic social investment project to respond to the need to strengthen technical education and thus train more and better professional technicians in Nuevo León.

    CAINTRA's Corporate Social Responsibility Committee currently serves as the Program's Advisory Board.

    Programs

    Life and career and career

    We encourage young people to continue with their academic preparation through a process of self-knowledge, we provide the tools to start a healthy and efficient life plan and we develop their personal skills for better decision making.

    Diploma in professional and socioemotional skills for first-time employment

    We strengthen the socioemotional and professional skills essential for the world of work of the young beneficiaries through theoretical and practical sessions taught by volunteer experts in their field.

    Tutoring and support

    During the last year of the program, the beneficiaries are accompanied by a volunteer tutor who, through personalized sessions, supports them in their integral development and promotes their academic and professional success.

    Technical Women Program

    We promote inclusion, equal opportunities and the empowerment of women in technical careers related to industry and technology, providing them with tools through workshops and training that enable them to reach their full potential and contribute significantly to the industrial sector and society.
