Industry leaders meet at EOE 2025 to strengthen competitiveness and value chains in Nuevo León
October 13, 2025
A competitive industry raises productivity, strengthens the generation of formal employment and attracts investment, factors that lay the foundations for improving the quality of life of the state's inhabitants by creating more and better opportunities.
According to the State Competitiveness Index prepared by the Mexican Institute for Competitiveness, Nuevo León ranks third nationally with a very high level of competitiveness, only behind Baja California and Mexico City.

With the firm purpose of continuing to promote competitiveness and continuous improvement in the industry of Nuevo León, the Monterrey Competitiveness Center (CCM) and CAINTRA are organizing the 17th edition of the Lean Organizations Meeting (EOE), which starts tomorrow, Tuesday 14 and will last until October 16, 2025 at CINTERMEX.
EOE 2025 will bring together more than 700 participants and offer a program with more than 30 activities designed to strengthen operational excellence, accelerate digital transformation and drive the integration of SMEs into global value chains.
Conceived as a space for learning and action, this meeting represents an opportunity for business leaders, managers and specialists in continuous improvement to exchange experiences, acquire practical tools and strengthen their capacities to face the current challenges of the industrial environment. Topics such as digital transformation, organizational culture for excellence, participation in global value chains and the application of the Toyota Production System (TPS) excellence model will be central to the agenda.
Recognizing the strategic role of small and medium-sized enterprises in the economic development of the state, the 2025 edition will once again feature a specialized track for SMEs, focused on strengthening their productive processes and capabilities.

The EOE 2025 program will include:
- 4 keynote lectures and 2 panel discussions on leadership, financial sustainability, industrial strategy and digitalization.
- 11 hands-on workshops focused on Lean methodologies, TPM, artificial intelligence, customer service, change management and problem solving.
- 6 success stories in which large companies and SMEs will share how they have achieved sustainable results through the implementation of excellence models.
- Benchmarking visits to leading companies and outstanding SMEs, in order to learn first-hand about best practices in operation and management.
The 2025 edition of the EOE is especially important because on October 15, the Nuevo León Competitiveness Award will be presented to recognize the best practices in the industry. In this way, the Lean Organizations Meeting is consolidated as a strategic platform to align the entire value chain -clients, suppliers, collaborators and top management- towards the same objective: to increase the competitiveness of the industry from its operational base.
