Reunirá EOE 2026 las Mejores Prácticas para Fortalecer la Competitividad Industrial
June 2, 2026
The Lean Organizations Encounter will take place from October 13-15, 2026, at Cintermex.
The agenda will address key topics for strengthening productivity, organizational transformation, and capacity building in companies.
With the objective of strengthening the competitiveness of companies in the face of new challenges facing the industry, the Monterrey Competitiveness Center (CCM), a subsidiary of CAINTRA, presented the official launch of the Early Bird stage of the Lean Organizations Encounter (EOE) 2026, which will take place from October 13 to 15 at Cintermex.
Currently, organizations operate in an environment characterized by rapid technological transformation, increased cost pressures, competition for specialized talent, more complex supply chains, and increasingly demanding customers. Added to this are the opportunities represented by nearshoring and the arrival of new investments in the country, factors that require companies with greater execution, productivity, and adaptation capabilities.

In this context, EOE 2026 has been designed as a space to share knowledge, experiences, and best practices that will enable organizations to strengthen their operational capabilities and consolidate sustainable long-term competitive advantages.
The meeting's agenda includes keynote lectures, panels, specialized workshops, and industrial visits, with content focused on strategic topics such as productivity, Lean leadership, management systems, organizational transformation, artificial intelligence applied to operations, supply chain resilience, and talent development.
Likewise, the program will feature differentiated spaces for large companies and SMEs, addressing topics such as digital transformation, productivity, professionalization, and integration into value chains. Furthermore, it will promote the exchange of experiences and linkages between companies to strengthen the competitiveness of the industrial ecosystem.

From the CCM and CAINTRA, this initiative is driven by the conviction that Nuevo León's competitiveness depends not only on attracting new investments, but on developing organizations capable of sustaining results, adapting to environmental changes, and taking advantage of the opportunities offered by the global economy.
With the launch of the Early Bird stage, interested companies will be able to secure their participation in one of the leading spaces for learning, networking, and organizational development for the industry in Mexico.
Through EOE 2026, the Monterrey Competitiveness Center and CAINTRA reaffirm their commitment to fostering the growth and strengthening of companies, contributing to the development of a more productive, resilient industry prepared for the challenges of the future.
