The solution lies in collaboration, rigorous measurement and comprehensive evidence-based policies.

Committed to Nuevo León and its people, the business sector has invested in substantial improvements in equipment, infrastructure and more sustainable processes that meet international standards.

Improving air quality is a challenge that demands solutions based on reliable information, collaboration and commitment from all sectors. It is not about stigmatizing or threatening those who have contributed to generate employment, promote investment and strengthen economic growth.

Our business vocation, work culture and entrepreneurship position our state as a benchmark for innovation, competitiveness and sustainable development. It is time to provide certainty, legal certainty and create an environment of trust. We are aware of the urgency, we must address together this situation in which we all have a responsibility, and the business sector is and will be part of the solutions.

The solution requires rigorous, transparent and efficient measurements, aligned with international standards, to enable decisions to be made with technical and scientific support.

The solution lies in building consensus through technical spaces that integrate the three levels of government, promoting informed dialogue, multifactorial analysis of the phenomenon, critical evaluation of current legislation, and the adoption of best practices adjusted to the local context.

The solution requires the innovation that is already being promoted by the business sector: concrete actions, sustained initiatives, collaborative immersion and continuous improvement processes aimed at controlling emissions, sustainable mobility, the use of renewable energies, recycling and the transition to cleaner fuels.

The solution must include information mechanisms that are accessible to the population; that prioritize prevention and co-responsibility over prosecution and punishment.

We have been present at the state's most critical moments - insecurity, pandemics, water shortages - and in the face of new environmental challenges, we continue with the same determination to join efforts to ensure a balance between economic development and environmental protection.
