Education and Industry: Engine of Social Mobility for Youth in Nuevo León
January 23, 2026
In a context where education is a determining factor for social mobility, the industry has established itself as a key player in promoting educational models that transform the life trajectory of young people.
Within the framework of Education Day, which is commemorated this January 24, CAINTRA reaffirms its commitment to the training of young talent through Alianza Empresarial, a program that articulates the industry's efforts to strengthen technical education and the employability of young people.
In 2025, the Business Alliance consolidated its coverage, with a presence in 11 schools in 13 municipalities in the state, directly benefiting 243 students between 14 and 18 years of age, supporting them in defining their life and professional career plans, while maintaining a balanced gender composition among participants, with 47% of men and 53% of women.
The comprehensive model focuses on school permanence, development of socio-emotional skills and preparation for the world of work, along with support in cases of psycho-emotional risk that strengthens the well-being of the students, favoring their educational continuity.
Alianza Empresarial accompanies young people in their training path by strengthening their life and career plan, self-knowledge and healthy habits, complementing the training with topics from a real industry environment, taught by experts from the business sector.
An important part of the program is the participation of more than 90 volunteers, businessmen and professionals, who contributed more than 1,340 hours of corporate volunteering.
Over 12 generations, Alianza Empresarial has benefited 720 students, 561 of whom have successfully completed their training, with a completion efficiency of 98%, which supports the strength of this initiative.
At the same time, Mujeres Técnicas continues to strengthen gender equity in technical education, with four generations implemented, 73 women benefited to date and the graduation of its first generation.
In the coming years, Alianza Empresarial will strengthen its links with partner companies to expand mentoring, specialized volunteering and first job opportunities, in line with CAINTRA's commitment to the development of young talent and a more competitive and inclusive Nuevo León.
