CAINTRA Recognizes Large Companies that Drive SME Growth in Nuevo León

Large companies that have decisively promoted the development and strengthening of the SME sector were honored during the Annual Buyers' Event organized by CAINTRA.
Eduardo Coronado, Vice President of CAINTRA, accompanied by Juan Pablo García Garza, General Director, and Jesús López Molina, Director of Institutional Relations of the Chamber, acknowledged the contribution of these tractor companies that, through accompaniment and knowledge transfer, open doors for small and medium-sized companies to successfully integrate into value chains. These actions make it possible to consolidate a more competitive industrial ecosystem, stimulate innovation and generate new linkage opportunities for SMEs.

Haidé Sánchez, president of the SME Commission, highlighted the key role of corporations that actively support the growth of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises.

At the 2025 edition of the Annual Buyer Event, the honored organizations were:
• BAT - Company with the most appointments attended at Expo PyME 2025 with 137 appointments
• Patricia Sotelo of MULTIPAK - Executive who attended the most appointments at Expo PyME 2025 with 54 appointments
• TERNIUM - Company with the most appointments attended in B2B with 228 interactions
• Javier Olivar of AUTLAN - Executive with the highest number of suppliers attended in B2B with 126 interactions
• Regio Corte - SME Buyer with 37 appointments served
- Recognition of Loyalty with five consecutive years of participation: ALEN DEL NORTE, ALLIAX, DALTILE, DEACERO, METALSA, QUALTIA, RAGASA, VIAKABLE and YOMP.
• DEACERO - Linkage of the Year recognition for consistently participating in the linkage dynamics organized by the Chamber, with a total of 6 events throughout the year 2025.
• MONDELEZ - Recognition to the highest grossing company in Café con el Experto, registering 188 participating SMEs
• CEMEX - Company with the most appointments attended at the 2025 Business Meetings, except for Expo PyME with 88 appointments attended.
• BEREL - Company committed to purchasing from SMEs
• XIGNUX - Company committed to SME development

This ceremony concluded the Chamber's annual Business Matchmaking program, highlighting the largest edition in the history of Expo PyME, which brought together 99 buying companies and more than 250 representatives of leading companies in Nuevo León, enabling more than 2,700 business connections to be made, a record number for this event.
In addition to this boost, more than US$$2.057 billion in incremental purchases from SMEs through the +PyMEx Program.
At CAINTRA, we reaffirm that strengthening micro, small and medium-sized enterprises is key to generating new linkage and business opportunities for SMEs, contributing to economic growth and broader social mobility in Nuevo León and Mexico.
