In order to support the tax commitments of the industrial community with access to specialized advice, timely representation and a reliable space to resolve doubts in tax matters, CAINTRA and PRODECON renewed this Monday, November 24, their collaboration agreement; reaffirming a joint work that began in 2021.

The event was attended by Sara García Osuna, Delegate of PRODECON in Nuevo León, Jesús López Molina, Director of Institutional Relations of CAINTRA; Juan Carlos Castañeda, Deputy Delegate of PRODECON and Sagrario Gracia Arana, Director of Legal and Tax Services of CAINTRA.

Since the signing of the first agreement between the two institutions, workshops, training and technical support processes have been developed that have provided guidance to hundreds of taxpayers, especially SMEs; in this period alone, more than 315 companies have been trained on tax issues; therefore, the renewal of this agreement will provide continuity to this type of actions, in addition to reinforcing timely attention to companies and facilitating access to specialized advice on issues such as tax credits and annual returns.

"The objective of both institutions is formality, to contribute to tax facilitation so that there are more and more incentives to be formal and comply with the obligations we have on a regular basis as elements of the productive sector," said Jesús López, emphasizing that this type of action contributes to strengthening the industrial sector that generates more than 667,000 jobs in the state of Nuevo León.

For her part, Sara García Osuna, PRODECON's state delegate, underscored the relevance of this commitment.

"With this we seek to give greater diffusion not only to small, large or medium-sized companies, but also to micro companies or those that are RESICO, we seek to attract them very much and we know that through CAINTRA it will be a communication channel to reach them".

CAINTRA reiterates its intention to continue contributing to the creation of a clear, accessible and fair tax environment for the entire industrial community.
