    ESTABLISH YOUR WORKPLACE

Maintaining a suitable place especially for your remote work will be paramount, so you should try to stay in a quiet place, with enough space to have everything you need at hand and do your work easily, make sure your internet connection is adequate and that of your devices as well to maintain proper communication.

    LOOK FOR A COMFORTABLE PLACE

Spending long hours working in front of a screen can be tiring, especially if you are not in a comfortable posture. Try to make your work area comfortable, look for a suitable chair and make sure you are sitting correctly to avoid back pain and if you get tired of sitting for a long time, try standing for a while at a bar.

    DON'T BREAK YOUR MORNING ROUTINE

Videoconferences are your best ally, as they reduce the distance between partners, clients and colleagues, but when working at home we usually get up in our pajamas and go straight to the computer. Try to get up at your usual time and get ready as you do every day, because when working you will lose track of time and it will be very difficult to be presentable for an urgent or important videoconference.

    WORKS IN AN ORGANIZED MANNER

When being at home it can be common that we forget the tasks to perform, so we recommend you to validate with your direct boss the tasks and priorities to perform each day, make sure that everything you need to perform your tasks is at hand and available, also try to have everything before starting your tasks, to avoid breaking the concentration in going to look for things.

    STAY AWAY FROM DISTRACTIONS

Working from home is not easy, so you should control distractions, such as social networks or watching television. Establishing routines and schedules helps to create a good work environment, likewise, establish breaks to clear your mind from time to time, a book, going out for some fresh air or playing your favorite music for a few minutes can be a good mental break.

LET'S EXPLAIN TO THE LITTLE ONES

Sometimes as a mom or dad, working at home with little ones can be complicated, it's hard for them to understand that we are working and not on vacation. Sit down with them and explain clearly what is going on, when everyone at home supports each other, it is certainly beneficial for everyone.

    FREQUENTLY TIDY UP YOUR AREA

We tend to accumulate things in our home, especially if we have little ones at home, try to keep your work area clear and without stacked objects or your own coffee cups, resist the urge to use your space as storage space, this way you will successfully start each day in a clear and focused way.

    CLEAN MORE FREQUENTLY

Given the situation we are going through, it is of vital importance to clean our home, objects and work area to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus, maintain protocols at specific times to clean and disinfect all areas of potential infection, taking care of our welfare and that of others is everyone's task.
