CAINTRA, through the Philanthropic Fund for Technical Education, has supported hundreds of young people from Conalep with the objective of integrating them into the industrial sector of Nuevo Leon and Mexico, thus creating more and better professional technicians, as a new generation capable of transforming their future into a success story.

For years, CAINTRA has been committed to more than 350 young people, supporting them not only with studies, but also with the search for professional internships and job offers, having as allies the companies associated with the Chamber, foundations, academic institutions of higher education, consultants, counselors and specialists in human development.

For two years, the young scholarship recipients reinforce their interests, skills and values through workshops and activities, with the objective of influencing their professional training and guiding them as integral individuals for society. With this, the program transcends economic support into a scholarship that gives autonomy, development and confidence to the young people who become part of the Philanthropic Fund for Technical Education.

Among the benefits provided to scholarship recipients are:

- Tuition and transportation. - Training for personal and professional development. - On-the-job training (visits to production lines, CV preparation and interview simulation). - Personalized coaching through the Volunteer Tutor Program. - Search for professional internships and job offers.

With the efforts and support granted through the Philanthropic Fund to the youth of Nuevo Leon, the representation and management actions that affect the competitiveness and development of the business community associated with the Chamber, particularly SMEs, Cemefi (Mexican Center for Philanthropy) has recently and for the second consecutive year recognized us as "Socially Responsible Promoter Entity", being the only business chamber in the northeast of the country with this distinction.
