Technical education, skills, technical capabilities, educational plans and shortage of trained technical personnel.

 

Profile of the volunteers that make it up:

Manager or Executive specialized in Human Resources.

 

Requirements:

Is or is part of an individual or legal entity that is a CAINTRA industrial partner with current membership (company with industrial activity: manufacturing, manufacturing, transformation and/or processing of raw materials).

Be up to date with your tax obligations.

 

Agenda Topics:

1. Align the technical and white skills and capabilities taught in schools with what is required in industry. 

2. Develop a roadmap, together with the authorities, for the state to become self-sustaining in the amount of talent required. 

3. Reduce the dropout rate of technical education students in the state.
