CAINTRA – NOM-035-STPS-2018 Training

On August 28 at the CINTERMEX facilities, CAINTRA in collaboration and coordination with the Ministry of Labor and Social Prevention (STPS), conducted the NOM-035-STPS-2018 Training for members of the Chamber of Industrialists of Nuevo León.

The impact of psychosocial risks and work-related stress has become relevant in recent years, as it is a problem that affects all countries, all professions and all workers, both in developed and developing countries. In this context, the workplace becomes an important source of psychosocial risks and at the same time the ideal place to treat them and protect the health and welfare of workers. Hence the importance of NOM-035-STPS-2018, which has as its main objective to identify, analyze and prevent psychosocial risk factors, as well as to promote a favorable organizational environment in the workplace. We especially appreciate the participation of Master Joaquín Apolonio Ávila, Deputy Director of Promotion for Social Security Incorporation, who led the training to our partners.

The norm will enter into force in October of this year, so the Chamber pays special attention mainly for the welfare and health of the associates of the partner companies.
