Today took place the master companies conference of the #CAINTRA youth commission. The objective is to share with the community the best practices of entrepreneurship and some tips for the new #pymes. We are joined on this occasion by Checo Gutiérrez, founding partner of Hotsie, who presents his experience in the food sector and restaurant management.

The members of this commission and our guest exchanged ideas and strategies for brand positioning, as well as areas of opportunity for companies and businesses in this sector. This conference is part of a sequence of monthly talks led by the young commission.
