Working on the creation of public policies that promote the development of the more than 12,000 industrial SMEs that are part of the business ecosystem in the state of Nuevo León is an important part of CAINTRA's agenda.
One factor that contributes to facilitate their operations is the simplification of the administrative burden they face, which currently amounts to more than 112,000 regulations at all levels of government, as well as 22,844 procedures and services in the public administration, which places our country as the 4th most complex to carry out a business, according to the Global Business Complexity Index 2023.
CAINTRA has insisted on the need to achieve a true regulatory reform that destroys unnecessary red tape that hinders investment and economic growth.

As part of the efforts to achieve this, authorities from different levels of government have worked hand in hand and on this occasion, businessmen had the opportunity to confirm the progress of the Zero Bureaucracy strategy launched last December by the Government of the State of Nuevo Leon, which aims to optimize government procedures, eliminating 30% of unnecessary paperwork, reducing regulatory obstacles and ensuring faster and more accessible processes.
Mariela Saldívar, Head of the Regulatory Improvement Commission of the Government of the State of Nuevo León met this Thursday, January 16 with members of the Chamber's SME Commission to report on the progress of this strategy that to date has already eliminated 5% of procedures and has made available to entrepreneurs the Beta version of the NLínea platform through which they can create a single decentralized government digital file which will be protected by block chain, including 10 digitized environmental and civil protection procedures, essential to carry out any construction project.

"Our invitation is to use the Beta version of the platform, try it out; the resolutions are real and come with a record resolution date and we estimate that citizens who process their processes through the platform will save up to 80% of time; and that they send us their comments once they have tried the platform to receive feedback and make adjustments," said Mariela Saldívar.
CAINTRA will continue to join efforts with the authorities to achieve conditions that favor the growth of SMEs, thereby boosting the economy and social mobility.
